Like many great ideas, Krystal was born out of one man’s desire to help others. In the 1980s, our founder – a pharmacist from Paris – felt that more could and should be done to improve the formula of ultrasound gel.
This need, which he heard from colleagues and witnessed in his practice, led him to create his own solution for the market when he found that other brands just weren’t meeting the key needs of practitioners in the field.
The design of our products has been user-centric and solutions-focused since the beginning. It is a by-product of being created by a healthcare practitioner himself. We are proud that our founder’s user-centric mindset has become engrained in our brand DNA.
